Mirza ʻAli, known as Nazim al-Tujjar of Qumshah, sends a letter and a telegram to Haj Muhammad Husayn Tajir [the merchant] Karzani from Isfahan, regarding the usurpation of the documents and belongings of the late Sayyid ʻAbd Allah and the complaint of his sister, Zahra Baygum, about her right of inheritance.

Three settlements, the list of funeral and burial costs, and the list of what the late Ghulam Husayn left to Mulla Ibrahim. The settlements are: 1. Settlement between Umm Nisa’, daughter of Karbalayi Baqir and wife of the late Ghulam Husayn, and Mulla Ibrahim, over five tumans of her mahr, with the condition that it be spent also on the funeral and burial costs for the late Ghulam Husayn. Aqa ‘Ali, son of the late Ghulam Husayn, should also spend three tumans for ta‘ziyah. 2.
